You don't need to buy extra equipment and pay the installation fees that come with it, nor are you required to sign an annual agreement tying you down to this one service. It's worth repeating: the difference in Netflix's global libraries is massive. For instance, while all eight Harry Potter films and all 10 seasons of FRIENDS have transferred to Max in the US, they're still available on Netflix in countries (like Australia) that do not have Max.
