Philo, meanwhile, is a popular streaming service with 60+ live TV and on-demand channels, including TLC, HGTV, Paramount Network, and AMC. Its lineup may be lean when compared to other live TV streamers (it also skews more entertainment than sports) but it's certainly competitive for only $25 a month.
